Healing for rook piercings, like other ear cartilage piercings, takes six months or longer. To ensure proper healing, we do not perform cartilage piercings on both ears at the same time. However, multiple cartilage piercings can be done on the same ear in one session. It is essential to wait until all piercings on one ear are fully healed before getting a new cartilage piercing on the other ear. This approach allows you to have one ear available for activities like sleeping and talking on the phone, making the healing process more manageable.
